VitalNow.Ai is your AI-powered health screening to recovery assistant. We help people understand their health screening results, identify potential health risks earlier, and guide them towards the right recovery journey, all from a single platform.

Instead of leaving you with pages of confusing laboratory numbers, VitalNow.Ai translates your health data into clear, easy-to-understand insights and personalised recovery recommendations.

When medical attention is required, VitalNow.Ai seamlessly connects you to licensed healthcare providers, clinics, diagnostic centres, nurses, physiotherapists and recovery services.

From your first health screening to your recovery, VitalNow.Ai helps you every step of the way.

VitalNow.Ai is an informational and educational tool. It explains health and screening information in plain language and never provides a medical diagnosis.

VitalNow.Ai is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Using it does not create a doctor-patient relationship. Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare professional with any questions about your health, and never disregard or delay professional medical advice because of something VitalNow.Ai has shown you.

If you think you may have a medical emergency, contact a licensed clinician or your local emergency services immediately.

By joining the waitlist or using the product, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and able to enter a binding agreement. If you are under 18, you may use the service only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian. The service is not directed at children.

VitalNow.Ai is currently a waitlist and an early-stage product. Features described on the site are in active development and may change, be delayed, or not ship in their current form.

You are responsible for the accuracy of what you upload and for keeping your access secure. You keep ownership of your reports, and you grant us a limited licence to process them solely to provide and improve the service.

Use VitalNow.Ai for your own health or those you are authorised to manage. Do not misuse the service, attempt to break or reverse-engineer it, upload content you have no right to share, or rely on it for emergencies.

VitalNow.Ai may connect you with independent third parties such as doctors, clinics, diagnostic laboratories, physiotherapists, and home-care providers. These providers are solely responsible for the care and services they deliver. We are not a healthcare provider, and we are not responsible or liable for the acts, omissions, advice, or services of any third-party provider.

By joining, you will receive service emails such as your confirmation. You will only receive marketing email if you opt in, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

Your waitlist position, any early-access perks, and any free periods are offered in good faith and may change as we finalise the product and pricing.

The VitalNow.Ai app, brand, and content are owned by us or our licensors. These terms do not transfer any of those rights to you; your own data remains yours.

The service is provided 'as is' and 'as available' during this early phase, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

You understand that VitalNow.Ai's insights are informational and that you rely on them at your own risk. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any decision made solely on VitalNow.Ai's explanations without a licensed clinician, or for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss.

Where our liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred Malaysian Ringgit (RM100).

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

You agree to indemnify and hold VitalNow.Ai and its team harmless from any claim, loss, or cost arising from your misuse of the service, your breach of these terms, or your reliance on the service in place of professional medical care.

You can stop using the service and ask us to delete your data at any time. We may suspend or close access that misuses the service or these terms.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be communicated, and continued use means acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. You and VitalNow.Ai agree to first try to resolve any dispute in good faith. If it cannot be resolved, the dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us. You may not transfer your rights under these terms; we may transfer ours to a successor. Our failure to enforce a term is not a waiver of it. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
