Privacy Policy

This policy explains what VitalNow.Ai collects, why, and the control you keep over it. We wrote it to be read, not to hide behind. It covers the waitlist and the early product.
What we collect
When you join, we collect your email address, your name if you give it, and whether you opt in to marketing. If you choose to contribute a blood test or medical report, we collect that file and the biomarkers it contains. We also collect basic technical and usage data so the product works. Nothing more than we need.
How we use it
To add you to the waitlist, send your confirmation and, only if you opt in, product and launch updates, read and explain your reports, build your plan, track your trends, and improve the service. We never sell your data, and we never use your health data to train models for third parties.
Service providers we rely on
We use a small set of trusted providers to run VitalNow.Ai: Supabase (secure database and private file storage for your reports), Resend (confirmation and opt-in marketing email), Cloudflare Turnstile (bot protection on the sign-up form), and Vercel (hosting and privacy-friendly analytics). Each processes only what it needs to provide its part of the service, under confidentiality obligations.
Your reports and health data
Uploaded reports are stored in a private location that is not publicly accessible. They are encrypted in transit and at rest, viewed only by authorised people to operate and improve the service, and never sold or shared for advertising. You decide what is shared, and with whom, including any family profiles.
Marketing emails
You only receive marketing email if you opt in, and every one has a one-click unsubscribe. Unsubscribing stops marketing email but keeps your place on the waitlist. Confirmation and service emails are sent because they are necessary to provide what you asked for.
Cookies and analytics
We keep this minimal. We use privacy-friendly analytics to understand how the product is used in aggregate, and we do not use advertising trackers or sell analytics data.
When we share
Only to run the service you asked for: a vetted clinic when you request a referral, or the infrastructure providers above, all bound by strict confidentiality. Never for ads. We may also disclose information where required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep your data while you are on the waitlist or using the service, and only as long as we need it for the purposes above. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.
Your rights
You can access, export, correct, or delete your data, and withdraw consent, at any time. Deletion removes your reports from active systems on request.
Security
Encryption, access controls, and regular review. No system is perfect, but protecting health data is the core of the business, not an afterthought.
Changes
We may update this policy as the product evolves, and material changes will be communicated.
